I enjoy using Protex AI because there's not much additional hardware needed since we can leverage existing security cameras. The dashboard is really helpful as it provides different features and abilities, like using heat map or thermal views, which allow us to pinpoint areas with increased risk. There's also a map that shows intersections between powered industrial trucks and pedestrians, which helps us identify risk areas that may need more than just coaching. Another feature I appreciate is the AI capability similar to a chatbot, which allows different users to customize reports to their needs using AI insights, making it easy to gather meaningful reports. The initial setup was great and proved feasibility, opening up opportunities for injury reduction.
