Senior Account Executive
Protex AI is a VC-backed technology company building a privacy-preserving computer vision platform to enable proactive Health and Safety (EHSQ) workflows. We leverage the domain knowledge of EHS teams to help our computer vision system understand the concept of danger, preventing accidents before they occur. In this role, you will:
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting through to close!
- Run your very own prospecting campaigns with the help of the marketing team and company resources.
- Be in contact with multiple stakeholders responsible for safety in companies with industrial, manufacturing and production sites, through various outbound lead sources as well as manage inbound requests.
- Be expected to meet quarterly targets in relation to closed new business.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers alongside our customer support lead to enable upsell and a high NPS.
- Attend relevant Health and Safety conferences/expos across Europe to promote Protex AI and win new business.
And ideally, you have/are:
- 5+ years working in a sales role - selling Health and Safety software into our target customer is preferred but not essential.
- Consistently outperform targets and peers.
- A closer! You are motivated by and thrive on closing new business - and you'll do what it takes to get the job done.
- A positive and entrepreneurial attitude. You already know how to sell, you're not interested in being 'spoon-fed' and you're not afraid of figuring out a sales process that works for you.
- Excellent communication skills and love being part of a team. You're a people person that tends to gel with a team quite quickly and has no problem collaborating across teams.
- Comfortable using Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other digital tools to enable a more automated sales process.
